Shipping, Returns & Warranties

SHIPPING POLICY

Our Flat Rate Shipping of $12.95 this is via Sendle or Australia Post as takes an estimated time of

5-7 business days.

We also offer Express Shipping via Australia Post for a Express Flat Rate $17.95, the estimated time for these parcels is 3-5 business days.

 

Tracking will be provided via email on day of shipment. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not seen an email.  

If you have supplied the incorrect address please contact us on contact@dashanddotco.au within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Damage / Loss or Delay During Shipping

 

Dash & Dot Co. is not responsible for:


- Loss of parcel or goods by either Australia Post or any Courier we may use.


- Damage due to shipping. Or any damage to goods received by being in transit/transport with either Australia Post or Courier we may use.


- Loss or non-delivery of parcel due to incorrect address being supplied by the customer (a re-delivery fee may be needed to re-send to the correct address). 


- Delays in shipping times. or any Shipping delays. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

Change of Mind

Please consider your order carefully before submitting it. 


We understand that sometime mistakes are made and we allow a window of 24 hours after placing your order, to contact us and make us aware of any changes needed. 


Please note that once the order is shipped don't accept any changes to the order and will not provide exchanges or refunds.

 


Incorrect Goods

If we have mistakenly sent you any incorrect items or have not sent you an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, via email contact@dashanddotco.au

Please provide any photo and information relating to the issue, your contact information as well as your order number. 


Every request will be investigated and assessed on a case by case basis. Resolutions may include exchanges or refunds.

Warranties

Consumables (wax melts, body & bath product etc) are not susbject to any warranty. Once these are shipped they cannot be refunded or replaced.

Other items that may be faulty or have a faulty part will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please make us aware of any issues within the first 30 days of receving your order, by emailing contact@dashanddotco.au 

Please provide any photo and information relating to the issue, your contact information as well as your order number. 

Please note damage of goods (including shipping damage) is not covered by warraty!
